Email help@ottomfg.com. Include the endpoint, UTC request time, HTTP status, error code, the X-Request-ID response header value and the relevant file, model, quote or order ID.

Never send your API key, webhook signing secret, signed URLs or card details.

## Testing access

During the preview, ask support for testing instructions before you send payment requests. A public sandbox is planned; the changelog will announce it.

## Report a security issue

Email help@ottomfg.com with the subject Security. Describe the issue and how to reproduce it. Do not test against other customers’ data or degrade the service.
