Questions businesses ask first
Who owns the designs?
You do. Your files and products stay yours. We use them only to produce your orders and never sell or reuse them
Which file formats do you accept?
Formats that carry texture or vertex color: OBJ with MTL and texture maps, 3MF, GLB, VRML (WRL), and PLY. Not sure about your file? Send it and we will check it during setup
How accurate is the color?
We print from the colors in your file. Screens and printed parts never match perfectly, but once a product is set up, every order is made from the same file and settings, so color stays consistent from one order to the next
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every order can be a single unit, and each one is made when it is placed
How fast do orders arrive?
Orders leave our facility within 3 business days and are drop shipped straight to your customer. Standard shipping costs about $6 and takes 1 to 6 days depending on the destination. Expedited costs about $12 and takes 2 days or less anywhere in the US. We ship across North America
What if a part is misprinted, damaged, or lost?
We reprint misprints at no cost and pay to replace deliveries that arrive damaged or get lost in transit. Send us the order number and we will handle the rest
Can orders ship under my brand?
Yes. We offer white label boxes with your logo, and nothing on the package or packing slip mentions OTTO
